Refund Policy

At Optilo LLC we want every client to know exactly what they are paying for and what they are entitled to. Below are the refund rules for both of our services.

1. Google Ads agency fees

Agency fees pay for the work we perform: strategy, account setup, campaign builds, ongoing optimization, and reporting. Because this is service work, paid agency fees are non-refundable once the corresponding work has been performed. Specifically:

  • If you cancel before any work begins for a billing period, fees for that period are fully refunded.
  • If you cancel during a billing period, fees for that period are non-refundable for work already performed; future periods are not charged.
  • If Optilo materially fails to perform the agreed work (for example, fails to launch an approved campaign within the agreed timeline) due to causes attributable to us, we will refund the fees associated with the affected work.

Media spend on Google Ads is billed by Google directly to the Client and is not refundable by Optilo. Refund requests for media spend must be raised with Google.

2. Domain brokerage fees

Brokerage fees are charged only when a domain is awarded and transferred to the Client. If a domain is not awarded at auction for any reason, no brokerage fee is charged.

3. Deposits and retainers

When a deposit or retainer is agreed to secure participation in an auction:

  • If the domain is not awarded, the deposit is fully refunded within 10 business days of the close of the auction.
  • If the domain is awarded, the deposit is applied against the final price and the brokerage fee.
  • If the Client cancels after winning the auction, the deposit is non-refundable, since Optilo is bound to pay Dynadot for the awarded domain.

4. Domain auction price (Dynadot)

The final price of a domain is paid directly to Dynadot. Once paid and transferred, that amount is not refundable by Optilo, since Optilo does not control Dynadot's policies.

5. Service errors

If we make an error attributable to Optilo (for example, missing an auction deadline or materially misconfiguring an approved campaign), we will refund the corresponding fees in full and, where possible, redo the affected work at no additional cost.

6. How to request a refund

Send your request to with:

  • Your name or business name.
  • Date and the engagement, campaign, or domain involved.
  • Reason for the request.
  • Proof of payment.

We will respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method.
