Last updated: May 1, 2026

Optilo LLC ("Optilo", "we", "our", or "us") is a California limited liability company with its principal office at 1000 Fulton St, San Francisco, CA 94117, United States. We are the controller of the personal data collected through this website and our services, and we are committed to handling your data responsibly under this Privacy Policy.

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to:

  • Visitors to www.optilo.co.
  • Clients who engage Optilo as an ad agency to manage Google Ads campaigns on their behalf.
  • Clients who use our domain brokerage service to acquire domains in Dynadot auctions.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Contact information — name, business name, email address, phone number.
  • Billing information — billing address and payment details, processed by third-party payment providers.
  • Service-specific information — for ad agency clients: business goals, target markets, conversion targets; for domain brokerage clients: target domains and bid limits.
  • Google Ads account data — when you authorize Optilo to manage your Google Ads account, we access advertising data through the Google Ads API on your behalf (described in Section 3).
  • Website usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and similar information collected via cookies and analytics.

3. Google Ads API and Google user data

When ad agency clients connect their Google Ads account to Optilo, we use Google's standard OAuth 2.0 flow to request access to the Google Ads API under scopes the client explicitly approves. Through this access we may read and write campaign data, including campaigns, ad groups, keywords, ads, audiences, conversions, and performance metrics, strictly for the purpose of operating the campaigns the client has hired us to manage.

We use Google user data only to provide and improve the services you have engaged us for. Specifically, we do not:

  • Sell Google user data to any third party.
  • Use Google user data to serve advertising to you.
  • Use Google user data to train generalized AI/ML models that are exposed to other clients or third parties.
  • Transfer Google user data to anyone other than service providers acting on our behalf, as described in Section 5.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can revoke Optilo's access to your Google Ads account at any time through your Google account permissions or by contacting us.

4. How we use information

  • To deliver the agency or brokerage services you have engaged us for.
  • To communicate with you about your account, campaigns, auctions, and billing.
  • To issue invoices and process payments.
  • To comply with legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
  • To improve our website, products, and client experience.
  • To send service-related and (with your consent) marketing communications.

5. Sharing with third parties

We share information only with the providers needed to deliver our services:

  • Google LLC — for clients who engage our ad agency service, to access and manage their Google Ads accounts via the Google Ads API.
  • Cloud infrastructure providers — for hosting, storage, and compute.
  • Dynadot, Inc. — for clients who use our domain brokerage service, to execute bids and domain transfers.
  • Crisp IM SAS — to operate the customer support chat on our website.
  • Payment processors — to bill clients and issue refunds.
  • Government authorities — when required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use first- and third-party cookies to remember your preferences, measure traffic, and improve the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work correctly.

7. Data retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide our services and comply with our legal obligations. When you end your relationship with Optilo, we delete or anonymize Google Ads data we no longer need, subject to applicable record-keeping requirements.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell personal data). Mexican residents have ARCO rights under the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at or +1 (415) 320-6152.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No system is perfectly secure, but we continuously work to protect your information.

10. International transfers

Optilo LLC operates from the United States. By engaging us, you acknowledge that your data may be stored and processed outside your country of residence, subject to applicable U.S. law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with the date of the latest update.
